An Open House was recently hosted for the newly completed Educational Resource Building on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. As the red ribbon was cut, we dedicated the building to all the women who have chosen life and to all who will choose life. This building is a reminder to us all, that if we can remove the barrier of financial strain through material support, and remove the barrier of feeling alone on the journey of parenthood, we empower women and men in a choice for life! 1 Corinthians 13:7
The very first shoppers enjoyed filling their arms with all the beautiful items found in the boutique, and purchased with their shopping dollars earned by completing HLS parenting classes! They were touched by the event and sent us this beautiful note of thanks.
Hello, we just wanted to say thank you for the invite to the grand opening. We had such a great time and met such wonderful people! It was great to be a part of something so great and positive! Again, thank you from my family and we absolutely love and appreciate all that everyone does at HLS and for all the help we have received for preparing for our new addition! I can honestly say having you all with us and having access to all our parenting videos and knowing we feel safe at HLS has really made us want and achieve at being great parents! Thank you again to all!

This project would not be possible without the very generous financial gifts of individuals and local businesses. We are forever grateful! We thank you, and our clients thank you, too! You are a blessing!
The project utilized an old Carriage House on the rear of our property, which was dilapidated and only being used for minimal storage. A vision to relocate our client baby boutique was developed. The space is now home to the baby boutique, a client education room and a bathroom. All areas are ADA accessible.
Enjoy these before and after pictures of the project that has been a labor of love to many! If you were unable to attend the ERB Open House, please give us a call to set up a tour!
